To the maximum extent permitted by law, Insurance Plans Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the total amount of premiums paid by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Insurance Plans Solution is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
